2020: Lots of Traveling
Here is a list of some things we accomplished in 2020, all because of God's power and provision:
- Took a team of 8 to Uganda in January 2020
- Distributed 50+ Bibles
- Interviewed 350+ kids for the mentoring program
- Connected with multiple churches for the purposes of partnering together for the Gospel
- Launched the Baby Box program in Mid-Missouri
- Distributed hundreds of articles of clothing in Uganda
- Took a small team to Latvia in March 2020
- Sent 350+ Easter cards to children in Uganda and Eastern Europe in order to share the Gospel
- Connected 15+ children to mentors
- Gave scholarships to 30+ children
- Provided thousands of dollars of relief aid to communities in Uganda, suffering from COVID-19 related food shortages
- Gave poultry to 3 schools and 1 community in Uganda to begin a self-sustaining effort for food availability
- Provided dozens of meals to people without homes
- Provided hundreds of articles of clothing to people in need
- Distributed hundreds of Baby Boxes to expecting mothers in the Columbia, MO area
Eleos Ministries International Outreach is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity. All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
